Early-bird cost per booth: $4500.00 USD by October 1, 2008

All booths are 3 meters by 3 meters in size. The package floor plan represents the position on the floor space only.

Your exhibit package will include the following:

• Entry in Exhibit Directory:
  Each exhibiting organization is entitled to a listing in the 2009 Final Program, including a 50-word description of the products and/or services you provide. The program will be distributed to each participant in the delegate bag.

• Registration:
  Each exhibiting company is entitled to: Three (3) exhibitor badges; one (1) delegate bag; and one (1) complimentary full registration allowing access to the scientific sessions.

• Welcoming Reception:
  The Welcoming Reception, following Opening Ceremonies, will be held on Sunday evening in the exhibit area, officially launching the Congress exhibit in a friendly and relaxed networking atmosphere.

• Special Activities:
  Coffee breaks, Scientific Poster presentations and the Internet Café will be set up in the Exhibit Area to ensure constant traffic throughout the area.

Booth structures and furniture can be rented from the official decorator. The exhibitor manual will be available on the website shortly for you to be able to complete your onsite budgeting.
