Pre-Congress Course Fees:Registration Fees for the April 19, 2009 Pre-Congress Courses are NOT INCLUDED in the registration fee. The cost for participation is $150 USD for half-day (either morning or afternoon) or $250 USD for a full-day. *proof of resident status is required Geneva City and Countryside Tour
*tour organized for registered accompanying persons April 21, 2009 at 10am, The first part of the tour is a city tour which takes you to the International part of Geneva, through the centre of the world’s peacemaking organizations followed by a tour of the main tourist attractions of the city. Get a taste of Geneva’s history and dig even deeper into the Old Town on a guided walking tour. The day will then continue with a countryside excursion which will take you around Lake Geneva and through charming vineyards, castles and wonderful fortified houses.
** IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NON-MEMBERS: Low Income Countries:G2 G3 Confirmation of Registration: You will receive an automatic Confirmation Letter that will provide you access to your registration file to print your own invoice/receipt. You may also make changes to your profile and update information, schedule a reminder adn enter the congress in your Outlook calendar. Registration Fees for the Delegate and Resident include: access to all scientific sessions and posters, access to the exhibit area, Opening Ceremonies, Welcome Reception, meeting materials, delegate bag, coffee breaks, certificate of attendance and CME credits. Registration Fees for the Accompanying Person include: admission to opening and closing ceremony, access to the exhibit hall, exhibit opening reception, and two tours in and around Geneva Cancellation and Refund Policy: Refunds, less a 25% cancellation fee, will be issued to delegates unable to attend, provided a written notice of cancellation is received by the Congress Secretariat on or before March 1, 2009. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after that date. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress.
